Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de fixare a miezurilor în formele de turnare cu ajutorul unor suporturi de constructii speciale. Procedeul, conform inventiei este caracterizat prin aceea ca fixarea miezurilor în cavitatea formei de turnare se realizeaza prin suporturi executate din pulbere metalica în învelis de folie din polietilena facînd corp comun cu forma sau cu miezul. Pulberea metalica are o compozitie foarte apropiata de aceea a aliajului de baza iar forma geometrica a suporturilor depinde de interstitiul dintre miez si forma de turnare. Procedeul este avantajos prin aplicarea lui realizîndu-se economii de manopera si material înlaturarea defectelor de turnare cum ar fi sulfurile sau incluziunile nemetalice precum si obtinerea unei precizii mai mari a pieselor turnate.
