Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de conditionare a unor agenti analgetici si antiemetici sub forma de solutie micelara sau liofilizat care consta în aceea ca se solubisizeaza hidroclorura de levenantradol sau N-metillevonantradol într-o solutie de agent de dispersie în apa raportul dintre componente fiind de 0,025.....0,5%:0,1....5% se adauga manitol sau clorura de sodiu în proportie de 3,5....0,6 si un antioxidant ales dintre metabisulfit sau bisulfit de sodiu dizolvate în apa se aduce pH-ul la valori de 4....8 si se sterilizeaza prin filtrare. Agentul de dispersare este monooleat de polioxietilensorbitan, monostearat sau tristearat de polioxietilensorbitan monooleat de polioxietilensorbitan monostearat sau tristearat de polioxietilensorbitan, monolaurat de polioxietilensorbitan ester de polioxietilenglicol sau ester de glicerina cu acizi grasi.
