Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu conform caruia o materie organica excrementala este supusa unei digestii anaerobe, urmata de încalzirea produsului lichid rezultat la temperatura de fierbere, separarea prin distilare a amoniacului legat sub forma de carbonat în materia organica si transformarea produsului rezidual de la distilare în produs util si apa limpede sau deversarea acestuia sub forma de apa partial purificata. Instalatia pentru realizarea procedeului este formata dintr-o camera de digestie, prevazuta cu o conducta de gaz biologic si cu o conducta de produs digestat, orientata spre intrarea într-o coloana de distilare. Prin intermediul unui rezervor de gaz si al unei alte conducte, conducta de gaz biologic este conectata cu o instalatie de încalzire a coloanei de distilare, cuplata cu o coloana de evacuare a amoniacului, prevazuta cu o conducta de evacuare, comunicînd cu o instalatie de prelucrare a amoniacului. Conducta de evacuare a produsului rezidual comunica cu o instalatie de prelucrare a acestuia. Este destinata industriei chimice.The invention relates to a process according to which an organic waste material is subjected to an anaerobic digestion, followed by heating of the resulting liquid product to the boiling temperature, separation by distillation of ammonia bound as carbonate in the organic matter and transformation of the residual product from distillation into useful product and clear water or its discharging in the form of partially purified water. The installation for carrying out the process consists of a digestion chamber provided with a biogas duct and a digestate duct oriented towards the entry into a distillation column. By means of a gas tank and another pipeline, the biogas duct is connected to a distillation column heating system coupled to an ammonia discharge column provided with an exhaust pipe communicating with a processing plant of ammonia. The outlet pipe of the residual product communicates with a processing plant. It is intended for the chemical industry.
