Abstract

Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru realizarea formelor de turnatorie fara rame de formare, fiind alcatuita dintr-un transportor continuu, lînga care sunt amplasate niste dispozitive pentru formarea asamblarea si extractia formelor asamblate. Un prim dispozitiv este dispozitivul de format care are în componenta sa niste brate rotative pentru a putea prelua pe rînd niste rame de formare în care se introduce amestecul de formare. Dupa alcatuirea formei respective, aceasta este exdepusa pe transportorul cu deplasare continua pentru a fi dirijata spre celelalte posturi de lucru.
