Cernelurile serigrafice rezistente la sterilizare sînt caracterizate prin aceea ca au în compozitie un amestec format din 10...50 parti pigment ales dintre bioxid de titan, Lithol Scherlac 4301 L, Blau Lithol H, galben de crom mijlociu sau negru de fum, 5...25 parti sulfat de bariu, 10...15 parti copolimer de clorura de vinil-acetat de vinil în raport de 85:15, 1...5 parti ciclohexanona, 0...25 parti glicolat de butil, 10...20 parti solvent nafta cu interval de distilare 97...190 degree C si 1...10 parti plastifiant din clasa ftalatilor sau ulei vegetal epoxidat, ales dintre dibutilftalat, ulei de soia sau ulei de floarea-soarelui epoxidat, partile ingredientelor din amestec fiind exprimate în greutate.
