Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie automata pentru neutralizarea apelor reziduale provenite de la atelierele de vopsitorie si galvanizare din intreprinderile industriale, constituita din cisterne pentru stocarea reactivilor, rezervoare de zi pentru consumul curent de reactivi, cuve în care se trateaza apele reziduale cu sonde de pH si RH, precum si conducte de legatura între acestea, cuve pentru colectarea solutiilor concentrate epuizate, tablou electric cu aparatura de masura si control. în scopul reducerii coroziunii instalatiei si al eliminarii întreruperilor în functionare instalatia este prevazuta cu recipienti hidropneumatici, atasati cisternelor rezervoarelor de zi si cuvelor de colectare a solutiilor concentrate, confectionati din teava de policlorura de vinil, cu un tablou pneumatic de comanda, care realizeaza comanda pneumatica automata de vehiculare a reactivilor, constituiti din ventile electropneumatice si filtre reductoare; cuvele în care se face tratarea apelor reziduale sunt confectionate din policlorura de vinil, prevazute cu sicane si dotate cu conducte de aer pentru agitarea pneumatica.
