Abstract
Procedeul de prelucrare a namolurilor anodice a zgurilor si prafurilor volatile stibioase, cu continut de Sb cuprins între 30.60% si continuturi variabile de Pb, Bi, Cu, Ag, Au, conform inventiei, prin reducerea metalo-termica pentru obtinerea aliajelor colectoare de Sb, Pb-Bi-Cu-Ag-Au care se prelucreaza în continuare uzual în scopul maririi randamentelor de extractie a elementelor continute în sarje supuse tratarii, efectueaza topirea partial reducatoare la 750-950 degree C a namolurilor anodice a zgurilor si prafurilor volatile, folosind ca agent reducator aliaje de Sb-Bi-Pb-Cu-Ag-Au provenite de la sarjele anterioare cu peste 20% Sb si cu continut de Ag + Au sub 17%, în cazul prelucrarii namolurilor anodice, si cuprins între 2...7%, în cazul prelucrarii zgurilor si prafurilor volatile stibioase si care se adauga în sarja în proportie de 5-30% din cantitatea de materiale supuse tratarii metalo-termice.
