Abstract
Inventia se refera la un simulator pentru schimbatoare de caldura destinat studierii transferului de caldura în conditii limita. Simulatorul, conform inventiei, se compune dintr-un schimbator de capldura teava în teava, prin care trec doua tije rotative pe care se gaseste cîte un termistor. Pentru a exista posibilitatea variatiei distantei fata de peretii schimbatorului de caldura a celor doua termistoare, cele doua tije sînt asezate excentric, cea interioara si respectiv cencentric, cea exterioara fata de zona de curgere. Modificînd din exterior pozitia acestora cu niste butoane se modifica distanta relativa a termistoarelor fata de peretii schimbatorului de caldura. termistoarele sînt prevazute cu niste contacte care prin intermediul uni evertizor, nefigurat, semnalizeaza atingerea peretelui schimbatorului. Deplasarea longitudinala a celor doua tije se face printr-un troliu, actionat în ambele sensuri de un servomotor.The invention relates to a heat exchanger simulator for studying heat transfer under a limit condition.
