Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unor pigmenti în sistemul (Mn1-xNIx) O-TiO2-Sb2O5, care dezvolta nuante ocru, maro si maro-violacee, folositi în colorarea emailului, materialelor plastice, materialelor de constructii arhitecturale, decorarii portelenului, faiantei, sticlei, prepararea vopselelor de acoperiri metalice si artelor plastice, prin aceea ca se calcineaza un amestec de pulberi constituit din dioxid de titan-anatasluat în proportie de 48,0...51,0% carbonat sau sulfat de mangan monohidrat luati în cantitati care sa asigure în compozitii proportii între 4,0 si 40,5% MnO, sulfat de nichel heptahidrat sau oxid de nichel între limitele 4,5...41,5% calculate în NiO, trioxid de stibiu, 5% si clorura de sodiu 3%, la o temperatura de 850...1050 degree C, timp de 90...180 min, dupa care pigmentul rezultat se raceste brusc prin imersie în apa rece deionizata, se macina, se spala, se usuca si se omogenizeaza pudra de pigment.
