Abstract
Inventia se refera la o spuma poliuretanica rigida care are la baza un poliol cu un continut de 5...35% reticulant constituit, în principal, dintr-un amestec de diamide tetrehidroxietilate cu compusi diuretici tetrahidroxietilati, obtinut în prealabil din deseuri de poliuretan prin aminoliza, si este o masa solida expandata cu densitate cuprinsa între 20 si 100 kg/m3, continut de celule închise mai mare de 85%, rezistenta la compresiune la o deformare de 10% între 1,1 si 11 kgf/cm2, rezistenta la încovoiere între 1,8 si 18 kgf/cm2, stabilitate dimensionala la 70 degree C în limitele plus minus 0,8% volumetrice, procedeul de obtinere al acesteia constînd din aceea ca se amesteca la temperatura camerei un poliol ramificat avînd grupe terminale hidroxi cu un recticulant constituit, în principiu dintr-un amestec de diamide tetrahidroxietilate si compusi diuretici tetrahidroxietilati, utilizînd un raport de amestecare poliol/recticulant 65/35...95/5 parti greutate dupa care componenta se conditioneaza prin amestecare la temperatura ambinata cu o amina tertiara drept catalizator în proportie de 0,2...1,5%, un compus siliconic ca agent tensioactiv în proportie de 0,8...1,8% si triclorfluormetan în proportie de 5...40%, în continuare compozitia astfel obtinuta este tratata la temperatura camerei sub agitare puternica cu 4,4'-diizocianat de difenilmetan brut folosind un raport NCO/OH de 1..1,3, dupa care amestecul de reactie este turnat în forme unde are loc expandarea.
