Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv de masurare a deplasarilor relative între un rotor si un stator de masina rotativa. dispozitivul de masurare a deplasarilor relatiev între un rotor si un stator de masina potativa într-o directie perpendiculara pe axa de rotatie a rotorului, cuprinde un traductor fixat pe stator, o patina care se freaca pe rotor, o tija care se sprijina radial pe patina sub efectul unor mijloace elestice cu extremitatea sa asezata în fata traductorului care masoara întrefierul care îl separa de acesta. Inventia realizeaza parasite datorate cîmpurilor magnetice si efectelor triboelectrice pe rotor, ca si eliminarea influentei defectelor mecanice locale ale rotorului.
