Abstract
Inventia se refera la un proces de vizualizare prin scintigrafiere a tumorilor hipoxidice solide. Produsul folosit este hidrochinona marcata cu trasori gama de iod, tehnetiu sau bor. radiofarmeceuticul se administreaza la bolnavi, per os sau intravenos, are tropism pentru tesutul tumoral hipoxic si nu prezinta efecte secundare toxice la administrarea toxica sau acuta. Se administreaza o doza de 1,5 uCi/kg si se vizualizeaza dupa o ora de la administrare, permitând un diagnostic rapid si limitând confuziile si erorile de diagnostic. Utilizarea radiofarmaceuticului si a metodei de scintigrafiere, conform inventiei, permite recuperarea unor bolnavi cu tumori maligne si urmarirea bolnavilor de cancer postoperator.
