Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de tratament termic aplicat pieselor din fonte cenusii cu grafit lamelar, perlitice pâna la semiperlitice, cu scopul maririi rezilientei de 3...4 ori fata de starea initiala, constând din încplzirea pieselor între 450 si 900 degree C cu o mentinere de 0,5h, pentru a fi calite în ulei. Dupa calire se aplica o revenire la o temperatura de 600...650 degree C cu mentinerea de 4h, obtinându-se grafitul lamelar de forma vermiculara, rotunjita la capete, ceea ce conduce la mentionata crestere de 3...4 ori a rezilientei, implicit cresterea rezistentei la soc si vibratii, creându-se posibilitatea înlocuirii unor piese turnate din otel prin piese turnate din fonta, mai ieftine.
