Abstract

Procedeul de stimulare a ovulatiei la animale femele de lux (pisici, cîini, animale din gradina zoologica, pesti decorativi de acvarii) sau animale utile, porci, oi, cornute, cai, pesti, consta în aceea ca hormonul gonadotropina corionica (HCG) si hormonul gonadotropina "relleser" hipotalamic (GnRH) se aduc în amestec în proportie de 10:1 pîna la 1:10, de preferinta 2:1 pîna la 1:2, si se injecteaza sau se adauga în apa animalelor înaintea peioadei de rut, în perioada de rut sau perioada depunerii icrelor, în prezenta foliculinei si oualelor maturizate.
