Abstract

Procedeul de obtinere a disulfurii de seleniu de puritate farmaceutica pornind de la seleniu metalic care într-o prima faza este oxidat la dioxid de seleniu cu acid azotic, iar în faza urmatoare dioxidul de seleniutrece în disulfura de seleniu prin reactionare cu hidrogen sulfurat, în mediu de cloruri metalice caracterizat prin aceea ca, reactia de formare a disulfurii de seleniu din oxid de seleniu si hidrogen sulfurat, se efectueaza în atmosfera inerta în prezenta unui coloid de protectie de natura polimerica solubila în apa constînd din polietilenglicol cu greutate moleculara de 4000 si a clorurii de zinc, aciditatea mediului de reactie fiind controlata prin neutralizare cu carbonat de sodiu pentru transformarea acidului selenios format în situ, într-o sare acida a sa; pentru obtinerea a 20 parti în greutate disulfura de seleniu, folosindu-se 20 parti în greutate dioxid de seleniu, 9,06 parti în greutate carbonat de sodiu, 1 parte în greutate clorura de zinc si 20 parti în greutate polietilenglicol avînd greutatea moleculara de 4000.
