Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a nitroparafinelor prin nitrare, în faza gazoasa omogena în prezenta de aer, folosind ca agent de nitrare peroxidul de azot, la temperatura de 280....350 degree C si presiunea de circa 10....30 at cu un timp de reactie de 0,01.....20', caracterizat prin aceea ca, 2-nitropropanului obtinut la nitrarea propanului sau a unui amestec de etan/propan 1:1, este separat din amestecul de reactie apoi este recirculat în amestecul de nitrare, în proportie de 10....100%, iar nitrarea se realizeaza eventual în prezenta de CO2 continut în proportie de circa 49% în volum.
