Abstract
Procedeul de preparare a unui produs de diagnostic pentru titrarea antitoxinei tetanice, consta în folosirea de hematii de berbec direct în concentratia de 5% pe parcursul prepararii produsului, formolat lent în trei etape consecutive mai întîi 20h la 37 degree C, 6h la 20 degree C si pîna a doua zi + 4 degree C, tanarea cu solutie de tanin de concentratie 1/12500 preparata cu ser fiziologic cu pH acid, dupa care cu hematiile astfel stabilizate se cupleaza anatoxina tetanica standardizata din punct de vedere al Lf si concentratiei de proteine si stabilizata prin liofilizare în prezenta peptonei 5%, iar produsul de cuplare se pastreaza în stare liofilizata la +4 degree C.
