Abstract
Procedeu pentru confectionarea anvelopelor radiale camion în constructie textil/metal caracterizat prin aceea ca, în scopul eliminarii defectelor de suprafata în zona jonctiunii flanc-fâsie de janta, ultimele operatiuni de asamblare si calcare a flancurilor din faza I-a de executie a anvelopei se efectueaza astfel: se introduce o placuta metalica pe rând, între fiecare flanc si carcasa în zona de îmbinare a flancului pe o latime aproximativ egala cu jumatatea din latimea flancului; se calca îmbinarea flancului cu o rola de mâna peste aceasta placuta; se extrage placuta metalica si se calca flancul în zona pernei de umar cu rola de mâna, la viteza mica a tobei; se da drumul rolelor calcatoare ale masinii, pentru calcarea flancurilor pe întreaga latime, folosindu-se concomitent o tija metalica pentru flotarea marginilor flancurilor.
