Abstract
Procedeu pentru confectionarea anvelopelor radiale camion în constructie textil/metal caracterizat prin aceea ca, în scopul eliminarii defectelor de suprafata în zona jonctiunii flanc-fâsie de janta, ultimele operatiuni de asamblare si calcare a flancurilor din faza I-a de executie a anvelopei se efectueaza astfel: se introduce o placuta metalica pe rând, între fiecare flanc si carcasa în zona de îmbinare a flancului pe o latime aproximativ egala cu jumatatea din latimea flancului; se calca îmbinarea flancului cu o rola de mâna peste aceasta placuta; se extrage placuta metalica si se calca flancul în zona pernei de umar cu rola de mâna, la viteza mica a tobei; se da drumul rolelor calcatoare ale masinii, pentru calcarea flancurilor pe întreaga latime, folosindu-se concomitent o tija metalica pentru flotarea marginilor flancurilor.A method for manufacturing a textile / metal construction radial tire, characterized in that, for the purpose of eliminating surface defects in the rim flange-junction junction area, the last operations of assembling and limiting the flanks in the tire execution stage are carried out as follows: a metal plate is inserted per row between each flank and the housing in the flange engagement zone at a width approximately equal to half the width of the flank; the flank is merged with a roll of hand over this pleat; remove the metallic placket and roll the flank in the shoulder cushion area with the hand roll, at the slow drum speed; let go of the carriage rollers of the car, for flushing the flanks over the entire width, using a metallic flange simultaneously for flotation of the flank edges.
