îmbracamintea conform inventiei, este constituita dintr-un amestec de circa 100 parti în greutate cauciuc tiocolic lichid, diluat sau nu cu un solvent cu ciment în greutate cauciuc tiocolic lichid, diluat sau nu cu un solvent, cu ciment în proportiede circa 10....30 parti în greutate, la care se adauga, pentru reticulare circa 1.....5 parti în greutate componenta activa constituita dintr-un amestec de circa 10 parti în greutate dibutilftalat parti în greutate bioxid de plumb si cca 10 - 50 granule de cauciuc vulcanizat. Procedeul pentru realizarea îmbracamintei, conform inventiei cuprinde întinderea pe suprafatade beton a terenului de sport, a unei mase vîscoase, executata din amestecareaa circa 100 parti în greutate cauciuc tiocolic lichid, diluat sau nediluat cu solvent si ciment în proportie de circa 10....30 parti în greutate, la care se adauga înainte de folosire pentru reticulare circa 1....5 parti în greutate componenta activa constituita dintr-un amestec de circa 10 parti în greutate dibutilftalat cu circa 30 parti în greutate bioxid de plumb, masa vîscoasa bine omogenizata, amestecîndu-se cu circa 10....50 parti în greutate granule de cauciuc vulcanizat.
