Abstract
Inventia se refera la un rezinoidic pentru scule superabrazive si la un procedeu pentru obtinerea acestuia, liant care asigura o crestere importanta a randamentului de rectificare, respectiv a durabilitatii acestor scule. Liantul conform inventiei este constituit din rezol, carbura de siliciu, pulberi metalice de Cu, cu granulatia de 6...10 mium si pulbere de grafit sau bisulfura de molibden cu granulatia sub 1 mium, raportul în greutate între componenti fiind cuprins în limitele 1:1,8...2:0,3...0,5:0,03...0,5. Procedeul pentru obtinerea liantului se realizeaza prin înglobarea ingredientelor în masa de rezol, sub agitare, la temperatura de 30...60 degree C, dupa care amestecul vâscos rezultat este tratat termic, la temperaturi de 60...140 degree C, timp de 0,5...6 h, iar, în final, produsul solid obtinut este macinat si sitat la o granulatie de pâna la 500 mium si introdus în circuitul de fabricatie a sculelor abrazive.
