Abstract
Procedeul si instalatia mecanizata de lipire a radiatoarelor, conform inventiei, consta în faptul ca lipirea fasciculului de tevi orizontale si verticale din cadrul radiatoarelor se realizeaza prin trecerea continua printre loturile active ale inductorului, avînd o viteza de deplasare de 1 . 10 la minus 2.....18 . 10 la minus 2 m/s si temparatura de lucru de 950 degree C, iar fluxul decapant, destinat lipirii tari, în cuplu cu aliaj de tip alama, avînd compozitia 75% acid boric, 20% borax, 1,5% florura de sodiu si 3,5% tetrafloroborat de potasiu si 3,5% tetrafluorborat de potasiu cu o stabilitate termica la 950 degree C de peste 5 min.
