Abstract
Cet alliage contient de 0,001 à 1,0 % en poids de fer, de 0,001 à 1,0 % en poids de cuivre, de 0,001 à 0,5 % en poids d'yttrium, de 0,001 à 0,2 % en poids de silicium, de 0 à 0,2 % en poids de bore, de 0 à 0,05 % en poids de zinc, de 0 à 0,01 % en poids de manganèse et de 0 à 0,01 % en poids de chrome, le solde consistant en aluminium. Cet alliage présente l'avantage de pouvoir être fabriqué avec un aluminium à la pureté usuelle du commerce et non avec un aluminium à haute pureté, comme les alliages analogues de la technique antérieure.
