Abstract

Procedeu de preparare a alaunului de amoniu, caracterizat prin aceea ca se efectueaza descompunerea unor cenuse de termocentrala cu acid azotic cu concentratia 2,5 pîna la 98%, într-un raport cenusa: HNO3 de 10:1, pîna la 1:10, la temperatura de 5 pîna la 100 degree C, apoi se pune în libertate acidul azotic din azotatii de calciu cu acid sulfuric, introdus în solutie într-un raport între total materie prima si total H2SO4 95% de 20:1 la 1:1, se dezagrega o a doua cantitate de materie prima cu ajutorul acestui acid si al excesului de acid sulfuric si se repeta operatiile de mai sus, pîna cînd continutul de acid azotic liber, în lesie, este de minimum 0,5 M, iar lesia rezultata se neutralizeaza cu amoniac la un pH cuprins între 1,2 si 3, se raceste la o temperatura cuprinsa între -5 si +20 degree C si se separa prin filtrare alaunul format.
