Abstract
Metoda pentru determinarea capacitatii bacteriilor de a mobiliza titeiul din zacamînt prevede injectarea într-un amestec de nisip si titei a unui mediu nutritiv pe baza de melasa continînd populatia de bacterii ce urmeaza a fi testata, injectarea executîndu-se de-a lungul înaltimii stratului de amestec de titei si nisip aflat într-un colector, apoi cultivarea în aceste conditii a bacteriilor în timp de 5...10 zile, dupa care se executa o noua injectare a mediului nutritiv în coloana, în vederea mobilizarii cît mai complete a titeiului, cantitatea totala de titei dislocata indicînd activitatea populatiei bacteriene testata pentru mobilizarea titeiului din zacamînt.The method for determining the ability of bacteria to mobilize field oil provides for the injection of a molasses-based nutrient medium containing a bacterial population to be tested in a mixture of sand and oil, the injection being carried out along the height of the layer a mixture of crude oil and sand in a collector, then the cultivation of these bacteria under these conditions for 5 to 10 days, after which a new injection of the nutrient medium into the column is carried out in order to achieve the fullest mobilization of crude oil, the total quantity of discharged crude oil indicating the activity of the bacterial population tested to mobilize the crude oil.
