Abstract

Procedeu pentru prepararea unor amestecuri de cauciuc cu aderenta structurala îmbunatatita pe baza de copolimeri de etilena alfa-alchena-poliena care contin în partea neliniara a catrenelor polimere legaturi C = C ale caror atomi de carbon au, fie doua grupe de hidrocarburi care se afla în pozitii relative cis în vecinatate si care nu fac parte din acelasi sistem ciclic, fie din acelasi sistem ciclic, fie cel putin trei grupe de hidrocarburi, rasini de litere si fotosensibilizator, caracterizatprin aceea ca în scopul obtinerii unor amestecuri cu aderenta structurala îmbunatatita, care sa preyinte, în acelasi timp în stare nevulcanizata o rezistenta la tractiune cuprinsa între 2 si 30 kgf/cm la puterea 2 si o alungire la rupere de cel putin 800% în special de peste 1700%, un astfel de amestec de cauciuc se supune în prezenta de oxigen si fotosensibilator unei surse artificiale de radiatii luminoase de mare energie, avînd lungimi de unda cuprinse între 200 si 800 nm si care aplica amestecuri o energie radiata de cel putin 2 niu W/cm la puterea 2/nm, de preferinta, de cel putin 30 niu W/cm la puterea2 nm, chiar peste 200 niu W/cm la puterea2/nm, chiar peste 200 niu W/cm la puterea 2/nm.
