Abstract
Compozitia de acoperire tixotropa, sub forma de dispersie pentru protectia anticorosiva a metalelor caracterizata prin aceea ca este constituita dintr-un amestec constînd din 100 parti în greutate dispersie de copolimeri butadienstiren si sau acrilonitrilici cu continut de grupe carboxilice cu 35...65% butadiena 1...6% acid carboxilic legat chimic si un continut de substanta solida de 40....55%, 60.....120 parti în greutate amestec constînd din pigmenti anorganici si materiale de umplutura, de preferinta talc, caolin si oxid de negru de fier 0...15 parti în greutate octandiol cu plastifiant, 1...18 parti în greutate rasina alchidica diluabila cu apa carboxil reactiva, modiicata cu ulei 78%într+un amestec de eteri glicolici ca agent de îngrosare, 1...6 parti în greutate polisiloxan etoxilat în solutie apoasa 20% sau 0,4....10 parti în greutate 20% sau 0,4...10 parti în greutate un agent auxiliar de dispersare pentru pigmenti cum ar fi poliacrilatul de sodiu 10% în apa polifosfati de metale alcaline si alchilfenolii etoxilati si eventual pîna la 20 parti în greutate rasina melaminica 50% în apa sau pîna la 15 parti în greutate pasta de vulcanizare pe baza de sulf în dispersie apoasa 50%.
