Abstract
Procedeu pentru producerea de corpuri de cauciuc folosite la curatarea automata a circuitelor de apa, caracterizat prin aceea ca confectionarea corpurilor se realizeaza prin vulcanizarea unor compounduri din cauciuc într-o prima faza în matrita timpde 15...20 min la temperatura de 120...140 degree C si o presiune de 5...10 at, în faza a doua compoundurile vulcanizate se prelucreaza chimic pentru desfacerea porilor, prin fierbere timp de 8...10 h într-o solutie de fosfat trisodic sau fosfat tripotasicdeconcentratie 5...12% substanta activa la presiunea atmosferica, uemata de o spalare prin fierbere cu apa la temperatura de 100...110 degree C, timp de 1...4h.
