Abstract
The invention relates to a solar panel with embedded tank and thermal protection. According to the invention, the solar panel may be made in two versions: a plane one, with the solar radiation incidence on an embedded tank (7), or with vacuum tubes, in both versions there being a system (5, 15 and 16) with the role of controlling the temperature of a liquid (8) storing the heat within a tank (7), water being used as storage liquid, as the cheapest solution with no risk for the environment, where the tank (7) may have parallelepipedal, trapezoidal or even cylindrical shape, with the thickness of 5...15 cm depending on the panel capacity of heating the heat storing liquid (8), and inside the tank (7), there being a coil-like pipe (9) made of heat conductive metal where the water to be heated runs through, a temperature sensor (5) and a safety valve (4) which acts upon pressure growth, the mentioned panel may be mounted especially on the walls of buildings, in a vertical position, and also inclined, on roofs, in which case it requires a special support, it may be connected to a control unit (16) by means of some pipes and electric wires, and, in case of frost hazard during the winter, or of overheating hazard, during the summer, the control unit (16) controls the tank complete emptying, during winter, or its partial emptying, and immediate refilling, in such case, during summer, the vertical position of the panel determining a better efficiency for the rest of the year, due to the sun relative position, which is different in each season.
