Abstract

The invention relates to a process for preparing a cicatrizant and antiseptic product for treating accidental wounds in animals and to an installation for applying said process. The claimed process consists in mixing, in a first stage, the propolis lumps which are dissolved in ethyl alcohol, leaving for maceration for 10 days while stirring for 15 min/day, followed by filtering, and, in the second stage, mixing the propolis alcohol solution with betadine, iodoform ether, and distilled water in a 60:5:5:30 ratio by weight, while stirring for 5 min, further introducing the same into the final dosage form. The claimed installation consists of supplying, stirring, transporting and dosing means, comprising five tanks () of which a tank () for preparing the propolis alcohol macerate and a tank () for final mixing, provided with stirring devices (), a filtering system (), liquid pumps, flowmeters, pneumatic pumps, transport conduits and a pneumatic dosage system.
