Abstract
Prezenta invenţie se referă la un procedeu pentru obţinerea soluţiilor coloidale de atelocolagen hipoimunogen de înaltă puritate, cu aplicabilitate în medicină, farmacie, biochimie. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aplicarea succesivă, conform unui flux parcurs integral sau parţial, a următoarelor etape de procesare intercondiţionate: izolarea şi preprocesarea surselor tisulare de colagen, solubilizarea hidrolitică a colagenului din sursele tisulare, purificarea soluţiilor coloidale obţinute, conferirea caracterului hipoimunogen formelor atelocolagenice prezente în soluţiile coloidale rezultate în urma purificării, ultrapurificarea soluţiilor coloidale atelocolagenice hipoimunogene şi condiţionarea finală a soluţiilor coloidale de atelocolagen hipoimunogen de înaltă puritate.
