Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o metodă de tratament a unor stări dependente de steroizii gonadici la un mamifer, prin reducerea furnizării de estrogen şi constă în aceea că se administrează un antagonist de GnRH într-o cantitate eficientă pentru a inhiba proliferarea ţesutului endometrial, fără stoparea substanţială a producţiei de estrogen endogen.
