Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o oglindă bimorfă, adaptivă, mozaicată, care poate fi utilizată la controlul static şi dinamic al radiaţiei frontului de undă, într-o diversitate de dispozitive şi sisteme optice, inclusiv telescoape astronomice, sisteme laser industriale şi sisteme optice de ghidare şi urmărire. Esenţa invenţiei este o oglindă bimorfă, adaptivă, mozaicată, ce asigură creşterea amplitudinii deplasărilor reglabile ale suprafeţei optice şi creşterea sensibilităţii. Aceasta se obţine datorită faptului că oglinda foloseşte structuri bimorfe, multistrat, pentru a deforma suprafaţa reflectorizantă. Structurile bimorfe sunt realizate sub forma unor elemente piezoelectrice, conţinând cel puţin două plăci piezoceramice (3), cuplate la baza unei carcase (1) sub formă de manşon. Cavitatea interioară a carcasei este umplută cu un element elastic de etanşare (9). În plus, soluţia constructivă permite reducerea consumului de efort depus la realizarea oglinzii, la asamblare şi polizare, şi îmbunătăţeşte calitatea şi stabilitatea formei iniţiale a suprafeţei optice, precum şi creşterea puterii şi siguranţei oglinzii.
