Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de realizare a canalizării fluidului de încălzire în interiorul radiatoarele bimetalice, modulate, de încălzire. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în realizarea elementului modular cu corp de aluminiu (1), plecând de la o structură preliminară din oţel (6), care se amplasează într-o matriţă de turnare sub presiune, pentru a se obţine corpurile de prelucrat în care capetele terminale (7) ale structurii preliminare (6) ies în centrul tuburilor cu pereţi netezi (2), după care, pe o linie de prelucrare (8) cu alimentare intermediară, corpurile de prelucrat, menţionate, se opresc succesiv, unul după celălalt, într-o staţie de tăiere (9), pe un palier (10), unde o pereche de cilindri oleodinamici (11) asigură avansul simultan al unor unelte de tăiere (12), în interiorul tuburilor (2), pentru a tăia capetele terminale (7) şi a le îndepărta prin nişte deschideri (13), formând astfel un corp de prelucrat, care are, în tuburile cu pereţi netezi (2), gurile ţevilor de racord (5), de pe linia de prelucrare (8), corpurile obţinute ajungând la alt post de lucru, unde se realizează filetul (3) tuburilor (2).
