Abstract
Procedeul conform inventiei consta în aceea ca 1...1,8 parti în greutate trahee de bovine se supun digerarii cu NaOH 0,5...0,55, în doua etape, la interval de 24 h, si la 4...5 degree C, se filtreaza, se adauga 0,20...0,30 parti celita si se lasa în repaos 24 h, la rece, se filtreaza, se aduce la pH=7...7,2, se adauga 1,25 vol etanol si se lasa 24 h, la rece, dupa centrifugare, precipitatul obtinut se dizolva în apa distilata si se trateaza de doua ori la interval de 24 h si la rece cu 2,0 vol etanol, ce contine 0,5% acetat de sodiu, dupa centrifugare precipitatul obtinut se usuca cu etanol si eter etilic pâna la faza de pulbere.
