Procedeul conform inventiei consta în aceea ca serul sau plasma umana se trateaza cu solutie CuSO4 1 M (100:0,4) si apoi se mentine la 68 degree C, timp de 30 min, se centrifugheaza, se cromatografiaza întâi pe DEAE-Sepharose CL-68 în tampon 0,02 M pirofosfat de sodiu - acid acetic pH=7,5 si apoi pe Cibacron - Blue F3GA - Bio_gel A5 m în TFS 0,05 M pH=7.The process according to the invention consists in treating the human serum or plasma with 1 M CuSO4 solution (100: 0.4) and then at 68 DEG C. for 30 minutes, centrifuging, first chromatographing on DEAE-Sepharose CL -68 in buffer 0.02 M sodium pyrophosphate-acetic acid pH = 7.5 and then Cibacron-Blue F3GA-Bio_gel A5 m in TMS 0.05 M pH = 7.
