Abstract
Inventia se refera la o metoda si un dispozitiv de activare cu ultrasunete a electrodului filiform, caracterizate prin aceea ca amplitudinea de vibratie a electrodului filiform este constanta, indiferent de directia de deplasare, si rezulta prin compunerea oscilatiilor a doua blocuri ultrasonice a caror amplitudine si frecventa nu se modifica în timp, unde fiecare bloc are o frecventa proprie de rezonanta dar diferita de a celuilalt si transmite vibratii unui electrod filiform în doua puncte diferite, dupa doua directii perpendiculare, realizându-se prin aceasta aparitia undelor nestationare în electrodul filiform, care conduc la deplasarea ventrului cu o viteza constanta dupa o prima directie si la o rotatie a acestuia în juril propriei sale axe cu o viteza constanta dupa o a doua directie, din compunerea celor doua miscari rezultând o miscare elicoidala a ventrului.The invention relates to a method and apparatus for ultrasonic activation of the filiform electrode, characterized in that the vibration amplitude of the filiform electrode is constant, irrespective of the direction of displacement, and results from the composition of the oscillations of two ultrasonic blocks whose amplitude and frequency does not change over time, where each block has its own resonant frequency but different from the other and transmits the vibrations of a filiform electrode at two different points, in two perpendicular directions, resulting in the occurrence of non-stationary waves in the filiform electrode, moving the vent with a constant speed after a first direction and rotating it in the jury of its own axis with a constant speed after a second direction, from the composition of the two movements resulting in a helical movement of the vent.
