Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor forme de ghips întrebuintate la turnarea barbotinelor din industria ceramica. Procedeul consta în turnarea unei barbotine rezultate prin amestecarea ipsosului cu apa aditivata, decofrarea produselor obtinute si uscarea la temperatura adecvata. Ipsosul utilizat se obtine din maruntirea formelor de ghips utilizate în maimulte cicluri de turnare si deshidratarea la temperatura de 150 ... 170 grade C. formele de ghips se pot refolosi în numar mare de cicluri de reutilizare.
