Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a firelor poliesterice groase, destinate realizarii sforii pentru balotat furaje si consta în aceea ca în scopul valorificarii superioare a materialelor refolosibile, se supune filarii cu viteza de 800...1500m/min, o topitura din granule din materiale poliesterice refolosibile din faza de filare-etirare, tratate sau netratate cu produse de avivare, plastcompactate, uscate cu aer în pat fluidizat la 130...145 degree C, având o vâscozitate intrinseca de 0,54...0,60, filamentele formate fiind etirate de rapoarte de etirare de 1:2,5...1:3,5 cu o viteza de 300...400 m/min, temperatura pe galet fiind de 70...90 degree C iar a corpului plat de 130...170 degree C.
