Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a firelor poliesterice etirate pentru ata de cusut spirala fermoarului de suport textil, în scopul largirii gamei sortimentale, îmbunatatirii proprietatilor de flexibilitate, rezistenta la rupere, tenacitate si uniformitate a finetii, se supune filarii o topitura de granule poliesterice mate sau lucioase cu greutate moleculara de 20000...24000 uscate la 140...180 degree C, umectate cu 0,9...1,3% agent de antistatizare si uleiere, etirate la cald la un raport de etirare de 1:4,28...1:4,37, temperatura corpului plat fiind 170...190 degree C, iar temperatura galetului de 75...85 degree C si prelucrate apoi în conditii cunoscute.
