Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a acidului sorbic, utilizat drept conservant în industria alimentara, constând în reactia de condensare dintre cetena si crotonaldehida, luate în raport molar de 1/3, 125, în prezenta sarurilor de zinc ale acizilor organici si a 2,6-ditert-butil-p-crezolului drept inhibitor de polimerizare a crotonaldehidei, în sistem continuu, într-un reactor tip coloana, prevazut cu promotori statici de amestecare, cu separarea crotonaldehidei nereactionate prin distilare sub vid, descompunerea termica si hidrolitica a poliesterului format având loc prin tratare cu o solutie 30% acid clorhidric, în prezena unor catalizatori de transfer interfazic, ca, de exemplu, clorura de cetil-benzil-dimetil-amoniu sau alte saruri cuaternare de amoniu sau de fosfoniu, luate în proportii de 1% fata de acidul clorhidric, în sistem continuu, într-o coloana prevazuta cu promotori statici de amestecare, produsul final fiind purificat printr-o singura etapa de stripare, la temperatura de 94...86 degree C si presiunea normala, urmata de cristalizare prin racire la temperatura de +10 degree C.
