Abstract

Inventia se reefra la un procedeu de obtinere a metanolului. procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca stratul de catalizator este împartit în doua într-un raport volumetric între volumul cel mai mic fata de cel mai mare de catalizator de la 0,5 la 1,0 si, fie este amplasat într-un reactor sau în doua reactoare separate, dupa trecerea primei zone gazul obtinut este adus la un amestecator înainte de introducerea în zona urmatoare, iar gazul ce intra în stratul al doilea poseda fata de gazul de la intrare o temperatura de maximum 15 degree C mai mare, unde se modifica directia curentului la trecerea gazului de sinteza prin ambele straturi de catalizator în 1 la 30 min în cea opusa.
