Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de tratare a tesaturilor din fibre celulozice în amestec cu fibre poliesterice , destinate confectionarii prelatelor tip in, care consta în aceea ca, în scopul simplificarii conditiilor de lucru si asigurarea concomitenta atât a rezistentei la apa cât si a tuseului, tesaturile având în urzeala fibre de bumbac cu poliester, iar în batatura fibre de bumbac cu poliester, iar în batatura fibre de in cu poliester, pregatite, supuse fierberii alcaline, termofixarii, vopsirii, uscarii, sunt calandrate pe o fata cu o flota care contine 635 ... 645 g/kg copolimer acrilic în dispersie apoasa ca liant, 124 ... 135 g/kg copolimer acrilic ca îngrosator, 185 ... 195 g/kg emulsie de hidroxipolisiloxani, 3 ... 49 g/kg pigment, 6,2 ... 6,4 g/kg amoniac 60% si 25 ... 40 g/kg apa, gradul de încarcare fiind de 50 ... 55 g/m<sup>2</sup>, iar dupa uscare la 125 ... 135 degree C, timp de 3 ... 5 min, sunt condensate la 145 ... 155 degree C, timp de 4 ... 6 min.
