Abstract

Inventia face parte din domeniul catalizatorilor pentru industria amoniacului si rezolva problema obtinerii unui catalizator deosebit de rezistent din punct de vedere fizic, cu concentratii foarte mici ale impuritatilor sulf si sodiu si cu o durata de utilizare îndelungata. Inventia rezolva problema mai înainte mentionata prin alegerea corespunzatoare a reactantilor si a caracteristicilor acestora, precum si prin utilizarea unor operatii si conditii tehnologice adecvate. Astfel, conform inventiei, se utilizeaza la precipitare o solutie de azotat feros cu concentratia de 50 ... 150 g/l, o solutie de carbonat de amoniu continând 22 ... 29 g/l amoniac si 30 ... 35 g/l bioxid de carbon, raportul în greutate dintre amoniac si bioxidul de carbon fiind 0,70 ... 0,85, precipitarea efectuându-se la pH constant în domeniul 7,4 ... 8,7 la temperatura de 40 ... 80 degree C, dupa care precipitatul obtinut se matureaza timp de 1 ... 24 h, la 20 ... 60 degree C si se malaxeaza cu anhidrida, cromica si cu un lubrifiant, timp de 1 ... 4 h, la 40 ... 100 degree C. Procedeul se poate aplica într-o instalatie conventionala de productie a catalizatorilor.
