Claims (1)

  1. REIVINDICAÇÕES: la. - Processo para a fabricação de placas (ou chapas) de cortiça com uma elevada resistência fotoquimica, sendo as placas do tipo constituido por uma camada de suporte de cortiça recoberta com um revestimento superficial constituido por uma película de policloreto de vinilo (PVC), caracterizado pelo facto de compreender as operações que consistem em se efectuar, antes do revestimento da placa de cortiça com uma película de PVC, um tratamento de branqueamento da cortiça, pelo menos superficialmente, destruindo a sua côr; e se redolorir superficialmente a placa de cortiça assim branqueada e revestir a superfície com uma película de PVC plastificado transparente que deixa visivel o desenho da superfície da cortiça. 2a. - Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo facto de se realizar a coloração da superfície da cortiça branqueada com uma composição contendo pigmentos que apresenta uma resistência fotoquimica intrínseca superior ao valor 6 da escala dos azuis do código Europeu, sendo a referida composição pigmentar à base de três pigmentos: um vermelho, um amarelo e um negro (ou eventualmente um azul). 3a. - Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado pelo facto de se realizar a coloração por meio de pigmentos incorporados na formulação da película de PVC plastificada.
    4a. - Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado pelo facto de se realizar a coloração por pigmentação introduzida no ligante utilizado durante a operação de compactação dos granulados para a realização das placas de cortiça. 5a. - Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 2, caracterizado pelo facto de se realizar a coloração por incorporação da composição pigmentar no interior da cola que serve para ligar a película de PVC superficial à placa de cortiça. 6a. - Processo de acordo com uma das reivindicações 1 a 5, caracterizado pelo facto de se efectuar o branqueamento prévio da cortiça por exposição a radiação ultra-violeta ou imersão ou lavagem com soluções oxidantes.
