O DISPOSITIVO, DE CONFIGURAÇÃO CONVENCIONAL, DISPÕE DE UMA PELÍCULA (1) COMPOSTA POR TRÊS CAMADAS: TODAS AS CAMADAS (1-A) (1-B) E (1-C) SÃO CONSTITUÍDAS POR CO POLÍMEROS. ÁS REFERIDAS CAMADAS SÃO ADICIONADOS ADITIVOS PARA ABSORÇÃO E ESTABILIZAÇÃO DOS RAIOS ULTRAVIOLETAS. O INVENTO PERMITE QUE, POR EXEMPLO NUMA PRAIA, O UTENTE APANHE SOL, SINTA O SEU CALOR, MAS ESTEJA PROTEGIDO DOS EFEITOS NOCIVOS DOS RAIOS ULTRAVIOLETA.The present invention relates to a sunshade-type device which has the peculiarity of allowing sun-light and heat to pass but to prevent the passage of ultraviolet rays. The device of the conventional configuration has a film (1) comprising three layers: all layers (1-A) (1-B) and (1-C) are composed of polyamines. REFINED LAYERS ARE ADDED ADDITIVES FOR ABSORPTION AND STABILIZATION OF ULTRAVIOLET RAYS. THE INVENTION ALLOWS THAT, FOR EXAMPLE ON A BEACH, THE USER TAKES SUN, FEELS HIS HEAT, BUT IS PROTECTED FROM THE HARMFUL EFFECTS OF UV RAYS.

De forma quase paradoxal, não se trata de um guarda-sol no sentido técnico. De facto, o invento não tapa o sol, na aceção de produzir sombra.
