O documento D2 revela um tampa de recipiente com fecho por rotação, não sendo crível que se possa adaptar por exemplo a garrafas de líquidos, visto não conter um gargalo. Descrição detalhada da invenção 0 presente invento consiste numa rolha vedante que poderá ser em cortiça ou em outro material, com gargalo e respectivo processo de fixação e extracção. A rolha tem acoplada uma tranca que se projecta radialmente para o exterior, tranca essa que tem sempre um diâmetro superior ao gargalo e que serve para fixar a rolha aos encaixes do gargalo e também para ajudar a extrair a rolha do gargalo. 0 gargalo é constituído na sua parte superior por 2 ranhuras passantes com 2 troços, em que o primeiro troço que parte do topo é longitudinal ao recipiente e o segundo troço é perpendicular ao anterior, este segundo troço tem a mesma orientação em ambas as ranhuras, no sentido dos ponteiros do relógio ou no inverso. Estes troços foram construídos especificamente para que a tranca, no seu processo de inserção e extracção, seja guiada através dos mesmos, sendo que no primeiro troço é destinado à movimentação longitudinal e o segundo troço é destinado à rotação da tranca em torno do eixo do recipiente e respectivo encaixe, fixação e libertação de acordo com o processo de inserção e extracção. A rolha e a tranca poderão ser de dimensões e formatos variáveis, optimizados para diferentes dimensões de gargalos dos recipientes. Quaisquer que sejam as dimensões, os gargalos terão sempre um diâmetro inferior ao da rolha. A vedação do recipiente resulta da pressão longitudinal da rolha sobre o gargalo, potenciada pelo diâmetro da rolha ser superior ao diâmetro do gargalo, (figs.3 e 4).DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention consists of a sealing stopper which may be in cork or other material, with a neck and respective fastening and extraction process. The stopper has a lock engaged with a radially outwardly projecting lock which always has a diameter greater than the neck and which serves to fix the stopper to the grooves of the neck and also to help withdraw the stopper from the neck. The neck is formed in its upper part by 2 through-grooves with 2 sections, wherein the first portion which is part of the top is longitudinal to the container and the second portion is perpendicular to the previous, this second portion has the same orientation in both grooves, in the clockwise or reverse direction. These sections have been specifically constructed so that the latch in its insertion and extraction process is guided therethrough, wherein in the first section it is intended for longitudinal movement and the second section is intended for rotation of the latch about the axis of the container and their engagement, fixation and release according to the insertion and extraction process. The stopper and latch can be of variable dimensions and shapes, optimized for different container neck dimensions. Whatever the dimensions, the bottlenecks will always have a smaller diameter than the stopper. The container seal results from the longitudinal pressure of the stopper on the neck, enhanced by the diameter of the stopper, which is greater than the diameter of the neck, (Figures 3 and 4).
Inicialmente a rolha é introduzida no gargalo através de pressão longitudinal exercida pelo utilizador na tranca, possibilitando a sua entrada no recipiente através de um primeiro troço longitudinal ao recipiente, seguido de rotação da tranca num segundo troço que é perpendicular ao anterior e que coloca a tranca nos encaixes do gargalo. A eficácia da fixação da rolha ao gargalo é garantida pela pressão longitudinal que a rolha exerce na tranca e pela diferença de diâmetros, sendo o diâmetro do gargalo inferior ao da rolha. Em sentido contrário, a extracção da rolha é realizada por uma rotação em sentido contrário ao da inserção também no segundo troço, fazendo que a tranca se liberte dos respectivos encaixes, seguido de movimento longitudinal ao longo do primeiro troço das ranhuras passantes, troço este que é longitudinal ao recipiente.Initially the stopper is introduced into the neck by longitudinal pressure exerted by the user on the latch, allowing it to enter the container through a first longitudinal section to the container, followed by rotation of the latch in a second section which is perpendicular to the previous one and which places the latch in the grooves of the bottleneck.
