Poniewaz jednym z niezbednych warunków u- mozliwiajacych wytwarzanie dzianiny sposobem wedlug wynalazku jest jej odpowiednia rozciagli¬ wosc, przeto do laczenia * w procesie dziania ter¬ moplastycznych oczek z podlozem dzianiny stosuje sie nitki o duzej rozciagliwosci. 6 — uklad oczek dziewiarskich dalszej odmiany dzianiny, wykonanej sposobem wedlug wynalazku, fig. 7 — wzór dzianiny innej odmiany fig. 8 — uklad oczek dzianiny z fig. 6 w przekroju, fig. 9 — uklad odmiany dzianiny z fig. 8 w przekroju, fig. — uklad dzianiny z fig. 8, wytworzonej przy zastosowaniu sposobu wedlug wynalazku zgodnie z fig. 6, w przekroju, fig. 11 — uklad oczek dzie¬ wiarskich z fig. 6, wedlug drugiej odmiany dzia¬ niny szydelkowej z wystajacymi haczykami, fig. 12 — wzór dzianiny z fig. 11, a fig. 13 i 14 — dwa wzory dwóch róznych dzianin z wystajacymi haczykami.Na wzorze przedstawionym na fig. 1 sa przed¬ stawione igly 1, prowadzone w rowkach tarczy szydelkarki okraglej i igly rurkowe 2, prowadzone w rowkach cylindra. 3 i fig. 4). _£/fe/a 20t" 204- 203" _Z £ig.H.S06' SO£" SOó' Z^~99 032 L'OI ^OS, sasAJi I I i W I 1 I \ 2oe? ^BoJL £02 212 V., £7/ \ 212 211 A \XJ-~. 2/Ó" 2ISb 2/2- 2/r A & " K ^2/zb ^2fo 2/zq- 202 200 ¦202 / j£/QJ4_ X -c/6" W W 2/a" ?SP 21 PLThe subject of the invention is a method of producing a knitted wool coat with adhesive properties, consisting of two types of yarn used, in particular, for elements for the disconnection of parts of clothing and other textile products. It is known from the British patent specification No. 1,195,422. the type of knit, the method consists in the fact that during knitting the thread for the fleece is grasped by the needles on the sections between the columns of the substrate and pulled to the adjacent row of meshes of the substrate, as a result of which the fleece-shaped mesh is formed obtuse isosceles triangle inclined at a sharp angle to the plane of the ground. The eyelets are then cut to form a hair coat in the form of hooks. As the hairs of this circle are still tilted at a sharp angle to the plane of the base knitted fabric and not parallel to each other, and their ends do not have an adequate radius of curvature, they do not provide the required quality of hooks for the knitted fabric to adhere effectively. Due to this disadvantage, the use of this method was discontinued, and materials for such fasteners continued to be produced on weaving slings by the method according to German Patent Specification No. 1,115,201. However, this method is too cumbersome, labor-intensive and expensive. In addition, the self-adhesive fabrics produced in this way are inelastic, thick and too stiff, so that their applicability is limited. The object of the invention is to develop such a method of producing a knitted fabric with a hook-shaped hair coat. can be used on all types of knitting machines and which will ensure effective adhesion and the produced pile knitted fabric, as well as be easy to use and be much less expensive and labor-intensive than the methods known so far. According to the invention, this goal was achieved thanks to the fact that for the production of this type For knitted fabrics, together with the commonly used yarn threads, an additional single thermoplastic thread is used, from which simultaneously the fleece eyes are formed with the base, then these stitches are elongated by stretching the knitted fabric along the columns and then thermally fixed. After these stitches are fixed, their gaps are detached from the ground, after which the knitted fabric stretches again along the columns, as a result of which the stitches assume a position almost perpendicular to the ground plane, and in this position are again thermally fixed, and then on one arm cut to size. Hair coat in the form of elastic hooks parallel to each other and almost perpendicular to the surface of the substrate. - 99 03 299 032 3 The method according to the invention is therefore used to obtain an easy and quick knit with a hair coat, the adhesive properties of which are at least so good as well-known fabric of this type. A particular advantage of the method according to the invention is that it can be carried out on a crochet knitting machine, the knitted fabric then being produced with two needle systems so that the substrate is knitted with one needle system and the needles with the other needle system. The webs of a thermoplastic thread which are then attached to the substrate by means of a first set of needles. When this knit is produced in accordance with the method of the invention on a warp knitting machine which also has two needle combs, the substrate is knitted with one of the combs and the second comb is knitted with the aid of a greater number of stitch rows. The loops are knitted from a thermoplastic thread with the help of the first comb, and the loops suspended on the needles of the second comb are set aside only after a few operating cycles, because one of the necessary conditions enabling the production of a knitted fabric with the method of the invention it is sufficiently stretchable, therefore, in the process of knitting thermoplastic meshes with the knitted base, threads with a high stretch is used. The weave patterns of the knitted fabric produced according to the invention are shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the knitted weave. ¬ on a crochet knitting machine with removable threads, which can be made by sewing thread opening knitted according to the invention, fig. 2 pattern of crochet knitted fabrics, produced according to the pattern of fig. 1, fig. 3 - pattern of the knitted fabric from fig. 2 in cross-section along threads, fig. 4 - pattern of knitted meshes from fig. 3, in section, after removal of the removable thread, fig. 5 - knitted pattern with removable thread, from which, after removing the removable thread, knitted according to the invention can be made, fig. 6 - pattern of knitting eyelets of a further type of knitted fabric, made by the method according to the invention, fig. 7 - a knitted pattern of another variant, fig. 8 - cross-section of the knitted pattern of fig. 6, fig. 9 - cross-section of the knitted pattern of fig. 8, fig. - a knitted pattern from fig. 8, made 6, sectional view, Fig. 11, according to the second variant of the crochet knitting pattern with protruding hooks, Fig. 12, the knitting pattern of Fig. 11, using the method according to the invention, Fig. 6, in section, Fig. 11, and Figures 13 and 14 show two patterns of two different knitted fabrics with protruding hooks. 1 shows the needles 1 guided in the circular grooves of the circular knitting machine disc and the tubular needles 2 guided in the grooves of the cylinder. The knitted fleece base 4 is knitted on the needles 1 from a multifilament yarn 3 (FIG. 3 and FIG. 4). The fleece loops 5 are knitted from the second homogeneous thermoplastic thread 6 and the removable thread 7 by means of tubular needles 2 (FIG. 3). Both the threads 6 and 7 are joined to the substrate 4 to form the normal stitches 6 'and 7' of the knitted fabric. Each row between two rows of stitches in the substrate there are 2 rows of fleece 5 knitted stitches made with the help of tubular needles, where the thread 6 forms pulled 6 "stitches, extending through three rows of substrate 4- Staggered between the rows of fleece 5 stitched loops 6 "of other type of thermoplastic threads 6 are joined together at the same time. As a result of this, as shown in Fig. 3, a knitted fleece 5 is formed. The stitch pattern of the knitted fabric thus produced on a crocheting machine is shown in Fig. 2, with the substrate 4 shown in FIG. is on the left side and the fleece with the right side faces the observer. The knitted fabric thus produced is stretched along; a column of the eyelets as a result of which the 6 "stitches of the thermoplastic thread 7 are also elongated and truncated, which is particularly important for the production of hair coat in the form of hooks. In this stretched state, the thermoplastic threads are fixed by heating them and then cooling them. After this fixation of the drawn stitches 6 ", the removable threads 7 are removed in a known manner. As a result of removing the threads 7 as shown in Fig. 2, the gaps of the eyelets 6" are detached from the ground and deviate from the perpendicular position. allowing for further deviation of the 6 'meshes from the ground plane, the knitted fabric stretches again along the columns of the meshes and when the 6 "meshes occupy a position almost perpendicular to the ground surface then they are again fixed in this position and cut with on the side to form the haircuts in the form of hooks. The cutting of the eyelets 6 "takes place in a known manner, such as for woven products. In order to increase the stretchability of the knitted fabric, the knitted base 4 is made of two kinds of threads 3, one threads being stretchable and the other not. The hair-pile knitting method according to the invention can be produced on any knitting machine, the knitted fabric thus produced having very good grip properties. v ^ ££ .Pop _25e ^ ^ 9iL2. _ £ / fe / a 20t "204- 203" _Z £ ig.H.S06 'SO £ "SOó' Z ^ ~ 99 032 L'OI ^ OS, sasAJi II i WI 1 I \ 2oe? ^ BoJL £ 02 212 V., £ 7 / \ 212 211 A \ XJ- ~. 2 / Ó "2ISb 2 / 2- 2 / r A &" K ^ 2 / zb ^ 2fo 2 / zq- 202 200 ¦202 / j £ / QJ4_ X -c / 6 "WW 2 / a"?
