In this manner, in steps S100 to S104, knitting and the like are carried out on the same course by the knitting operation of the back jacquard knitting machine, and a lace fabric before dyeing is produced.
In step 106 (S106), the worker dyes the lace fabric after knitting. Note that in this example, we will explain the case of piece dyeing, but this is not limited to this, and yarn dyeing is also possible, and if the yarn is dyed, this step can be omitted.
In step 108 (S108), the worker heats the dyed lace fabric to perform a heat treatment (heat setting step). If the lace fabric contains any heat-fusible inserted yarns, the worker heats the lace fabric to a temperature at which the yarns melt. If the lace fabric does not contain any heat-fusible inserted yarns, the worker heats the lace fabric to a temperature at which the yarns melt. If the lace fabric does not contain any heat-fusible inserted yarns, the worker heats the lace fabric to make the yarns (nylon yarns, polyurethane elastic stretch yarns, etc.) blend and settle.
In this manner, the worker can obtain the
