Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko do nici, sluzace zwlaszcza do pakowania nici zdobniczych do robót recznych. Pudelko wyróznia sie nowym i indywidualnym zestawieniem elementów zdobniczych. Pudelko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ogólnie prostopadloscian o podstawie prostokatnej i sklada sie z dwóch czesci: wewnetrznej i zewnetrznej. Czesc wewnetrzna tworzy otwarta rynienke, w której ukladane sa'nici. Czesc zewnetrzna jest prostopadloscianem pozbawionym obydwu prostokatnych podstaw W jednej z powierzchni bocznych prostopadloscianu, w jej srodkowej czesci znajduje sie prostokatne wyciecie pozwalajace zagladac do wnetrza pudelka bez jego otwierania. Czesc zewnetrzna pokryta jest grafika. Prawa strona przedstawia rysunek luzno tkanego materialu, na którym, poprzecznie do najdluzszej krawedzi pudelka znajduje sie, wykonany fantazyjna czcionka w kolorze czerwonym, napis „ARIADNA", bedacy zarejestrowanym w Polsce znakiem towarowych Zglaszajacego. Lewa strone pudelka pokrywaja nieregularne pasy, zanikajace w lewa strone. Nad prostokatnym wycieciem pozwalajacym zagladac do wnetrza pudelka bez jego otwierania znajduje sie napisany stylizowanymi literami wyraz „MULINA" Przedmiot wzoru w dwóch odmianach w widoku ukosnym z góry uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fot. 1 przedstawia pierwsza i druga odmiane wzoru, a fot. 2 - pierwsza i druga odmiane wzoru sfotografowane pod innym katem.Cechy istotne pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionej na lewej stronie fot. 1 oraz na lewej stronie fot. 2, stanowi wybarwienie tla lewej czesci pudelka na kolor czerwony. The box is distinguished by a new and unique combination of decorative elements. The box, according to the industrial design, is generally a cuboid with a rectangular base and consists of two parts: an inner and an outer. The inner part forms an open channel in which the threads are arranged. The outer part is a cuboid without both rectangular bases. One of the cuboid's side surfaces, in its central part, has a rectangular cutout allowing for viewing the interior of the box without opening it. The outer part is covered with graphics. The right side shows a drawing of a loosely woven material, on which, perpendicular to the longest edge of the box, there is the inscription "ARIADNA", written in a fanciful red font, which is the Applicant's registered trademark in Poland. The left side of the box is covered with irregular stripes, fading to the left. Above the rectangular cutout, which allows one to look inside the box without opening it, there is the word "MULINA" written in stylized letters. The design in two variations, viewed diagonally from above, is shown in the attached drawing, in which Photo 1 shows the first and second variations of the design, and Photo 2 - the first and second variations of the design photographed from a different angle. The essential feature of the first variation of the industrial design, shown on the left side of Photo 1 and on the left side of Photo 2, is the red coloring of the background of the left part of the box. The essential features of the second variant of the industrial design, shown on the right side of photo 1 and on the right side of photo 2, are the multi-colored background of the left part of the box.
